I paid over due 2020 Fed taxes in 2021 can I claim credit for them in 2022 and how do I enter it in TurboTax?

Can I deduct federal taxes paid on my federal tax return?
 
With the exception of estimated federal taxes, you're not allowed to claim a deduction or credit for any taxes, penalties, or interest you paid to the IRS.

    No.  You can not deduct or enter prior federal tax due.  Maybe on some state returns.  That will be covered in the State tab or section.
