I live and work in a foreign country (Netherlands) and I pay tax to Netherlands. I have no income of any sort in US. Is your system able to help my tax filling with my  situation? I don't find any place to fill in the tax info paid in Netherlands.

If you are a US citizen or US resident you are required to report your world wide income.

Foreign Earned Income is reported on IRS Form 2555.  Foreign Taxes Paid are reported on Form 1116.

You can use TurboTax to report both foreign earned income and foreign taxes paid.  Using the online editions you will need the Deluxe edition or higher.  Any of the desktop CD/Download editions can be used for the foreign income and taxes.
