Loan sold to another company - didn't refinance it, just continued paying with new company. Property tax was enter on 1st 1098 - enter again or leave blank?

It depends.

 

Each 1098 Form should only have the property taxes paid when your loan was with each lender. 

 

You would only enter the amount of property taxes actually paid out during 2019.

 

If you had a payment of property taxes with the first lender on a Form 1098, and another payment with the 2nd lender on a different Form 1098, then you would enter each payment as listed on your 1098 statement as this indicates you had 2 different payments within 2019.
