Question

Looking for 1099-sa form, the faq has you go round and round and the jump to section takes you to the HSA, MSA but not FSA. Where can I add it?

Normally you don't enter your FSA contribution anywhere in TurboTax; it is shown on your W-2 in Box 12 as a Code W with an amount that represents both what you and your employer contributed to your FSA account as a total.

No employment or federal income taxes are deducted from your contribution.

FSAs work on a "use it or lose it" basis, meaning any funds not spent by the end of your plan year will be lost, unless the plan has a grace period or rollover feature.
