Med Portion of Auto Ins. Premiums: do all of these count? Bodily Injury & Prop Dam Liability; Uninsured/Under-ins Motorist; Pers. Injury Protect. Med Expense

It's thru Progressive Insurance, if that helps with any of the terminology they use. The Personal Injury Protection Medical Expense is exclusively for medical expenses, while Uninsured/Underinsured motorist pays for medical bills and lost wages, and Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability is one fee but the payment can be however you wish and can all go to medical if you want it to.     No, the medical portion of car insurance coverage isn't deductible as medical expense on your personal tax return.  If you are claiming car insurance as part of  business expense, it can be included there but it doesn't meet the criteria for health insurance for personal deductions. 

    The IRS addresses that HERE.  While it is separately stated on your policy, it covers injuries to others who may occupy the vehicle and this is why it isn't deductible.
