I am using TurboTax Deluxe. Everything is working fine EXCEPT it won't let me enter anything in the box for "Medical Supplies" (in this case, hearing aids.) The box has "$0" typed in, and it won't let me delete that or type over it. This deduction is substantial, so I don't want to miss it. Can you HELP?

Before trying to enter the amount for your hearing aids again, you need to clear the cache and cookies on your computer. Sometimes residual information in the software on your computer needs to be cleared out.

To access the clearing process, you should hold down the keys CONTROL, SHIFT, and DELETE at the same time.
