I entered the medical deductions into Turbotax and couldn't reconcile the totals to my calculations. After some investigation with IRS Pub 502 I believe I found the answer. It seems Turbotax is using $.22 per mile not $.21 per mile as stated in the 2024 IRS Pub. Can you confirm my suspicions. I made sure I was updated . I am running the Premiere Version on a Mac.
