You can deduct the cost of that medication as you go through the interview for medical expenses--there's a box for prescription expenses. If you paid for a nurse to come to your home and give you the medicine, deduct that under professional fees in the same interview. Go to Federal Taxes>Deductions & Credits>Medical to start the interview.
