2024 desktop turbotax mileage deduction for rental property calculating $0 should be 230 miles x $.67 = 154.10, is this an error in the software that will be fixed?

@ewmazzur Since you are using one of the TurboTax desktop editions for Windows, try this -

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program.

Right click on the TurboTax icon and click on Run as administrator

Start the TurboTax program again.  Check for the latest updates.  Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.

Now go back to the Rental Property section and see if the problem persists.

Did you enter the mileage as a vehicle expense?  It shows the correct mileage expense on my Schedule E when using the Vehicle Expenses.
