Take a look at the TurboTax article below for instructions to enter the housing allowance reported on a W-2.  If you need details for a 1099-R or a 1099-MISC (Schedule C), there are links for those instructions at the bottom of the page.

As it is not required by IRS for churches to report housing allowance on W-2 or 1099, I do not have a document reporting my housing allowance, so how do I report it using the Turbo Tax program.  I am using Turbotax premier, desk top version.  Please help.

As answered previously by Opus17, if you create a Schedule C business in your TurboTax Premier, with an occupation code of 813000 (religious workers), it will trigger questions about your housing allowance, qualified expenses, and self-employment tax.

This same Schedule C can be used to report any cash income from weddings, funerals, etc.
