Minnesota Student Loan Credit - Do I include the money I paid on my parents plus loan (paid for my education)?

    No, unfortunately, it only qualifies if the payments are on your own qualifying education loans during the tax year. Your payments made on someone else's loans do not qualify for this credit.  See Student Loan Credit
