If I make more than one donation to the same charity (on different dates), should I list these as separate charities in TurboTax? If I list them as the same charity, won't this make it look like I donated above the $500 limit?

You can list donations to the same charity as one, just make sure you keep your receipts for the donations.

The $500 threshold for filing Form 8283 is for the total of all your noncash gifts, so it won't make any difference if you enter them as one or separately. You must file Form 8283 if the amount of your deduction for all noncash gifts is more than $500.
