Mortgage Interest not Transferring to Schedule A

Just started a family return for someone with deductible mortgage interest and amount didn't transfer to Schedule A. Earlier family returns no issue.

Eventually found a note from TurboTax indicating they are having problems. This is (1) a FYI for people in similar situation and (2) a question as to whether anyone knows when TurboTax is going to fix (seems odd that worked before and not now) or any other information/statements from TurboTax on this issue.
