Mortgage refinance and transfer

So I had a mortgage which I refinanced in 2021, and then the company sold the re-financed mortgage to another company, so I have 3 1098 forms.

I can get the interest entered correctly, but how do I report points? Only on the first refinance? Or do I also put it on the transfer of the refinance?

Since you only paid points once, you would only enter them once. Whether you enter them on the first refinance or the transfer will not affect your return.
