The maximum adjusted gross income and earned income for the EITC are "less than $50,162 ($55,952 if married filing jointly)" if you have 3 or more qualifying children

The qualification for earned income tax credit (EITC) is based on your adjusted gross income (AGI) and earned income, and the number of eligible children.  A good tool for understanding eligibility for EITC is the IRS guide at this link.

If you meet the qualifications and aren't receiving the credit in TurboTax, check your entries.  Refer to the TurboTax article at this link for the more details on EITC eligibility.

Your AGI for identity purposes on your 2019 tax return in the AGI on your 2018 tax return.  You use this AGI without "adjustment". If you amended your return last year make sure you’re using the AGI from your original return, not the AGI on your amended return.
