My child was born in july,how do i get the tax credit now instead of waiting till next year?

You will not get it now.   The IRS previously said there would be a portal to enter information for a child born in 2021 so that you could get the advance monthly child tax credit payments this year, but they have never opened that portal up.   You can get the CTC on your 2021 tax return when you file it in 2022.
