My donations for last year on my W-2 which is also added in that section, box 14. Do I leave them there or add them in the donation section under dedcutions & credits?

If you are referring to charitable contributions, the amounts in Box 14 transfer to your itemized deductions Schedule A (if you are itemizing) simply by selecting Charitable Contributions in the Box 14 dropdown. Do not enter under Deductions and Credits.
