Question

My family income is more than 300k but we made a large charity donation, our income is less than 200k. Am I still eligible to get a 7,500$ rebate on Tesla ?

Consider than I am going to buy a Tesla Y which is less than 60k (which makes the eligibility criteria) and our other taxes and donations will ensure our taxable income is way lesser than 200k

You will not be eligible for the credit. Eligibility is based on Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI), not taxable income. AGI is your income before subtracting deductions such as charitable donations. A large donation will not reduce your AGI.
