My husband died 12/04/2019. I have been paying the mortgage. My retirement income isn't enough to pay my bills, I can't get refinancing because my score is too low.

My husband is only on the mortgage, but we both is on the title.

If your name is on the title and you've been paying the mortgage, then you can deduct the mortgage interest, even if your name is not on the loan.
