    You may have medical insurance reported elsewhere in TurboTax, perhaps from your social security entry (Form SSA-1099) for Medicare insurance or from self-employment health insurance that you are not considering. Also from the government insurance exchange from Form 1095-A (Obamacare).

    Thank you.  You were correct it was social security medical deductibles.
