You can make your entries as follows in the federal section of the program. Under the Deductions & Credits section, select the Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098) section. Go ahead and select Add another 1098. Then on the next question, you can mark that you did not receive a 1098 Form. When you see the following screen, select We did not receive a 1098 and hit continue. You will be able to enter your information on the following pages.
