My points on mortgage is $124.00 in Turbo Tax app but only $4.00 shows on line 12 of the itemized form. Is this a software glitch?

If your points paid are for your main home and meet the criteria for being deducted, they can be deducted all at once OR deducted in annual equal increments over the life of the loan. It looks like your points are being amortized over the life of the loan. You may want to go back to the section where you entered the points and check how the deduction was entered.
