My primary insurance is a self-only HDHP, but I was secondarily covered by my parents' non-HDHP family plan (I am not yet 26). Do I indicate self HDHP coverage? Or None?

Because you are covered by a non-HDHP, you are not eligible to make contributions to an HSA. You can either indicate no coverage, or "other" non-qualifying coverage, the result will be the same. If you did make contributions (directly or via payroll deductions) you need to follow the removal procedure or pay a 6%penalty this year and every future year the excess contributions remain in the account.
