My property taxes includes CDD, should I put that amount or should I deduct the CDD?

It is generally, not universally, accepted that charges imposed by a CDD are not tax deductible; they are not levied by a local, county, or state (governmental) taxing authority and are typically not ad valorem taxes (based upon the value of the property).
