I called the number and ended up in an infinite loop where they told me I had to pay to have my question answered. This does not seem acceptable. It also will not let me have a refund, as it says I agreed that the service was good when I paid prior to being able to see my forms. What a scam.
You may want to try again, and this time use the key words - Billing Issue
That should give you access to a TurboTax support representative.
