My return keeps saying I have a foreign account, but I do not. I keep going back to the section to click no, but it reverts back to yes every time. How do I fix this?

    I called the number and ended up in an infinite loop where they told me I had to pay to have my question answered. This does not seem acceptable. It also will not let me have a refund, as it says I agreed that the service was good when I paid prior to being able to see my forms. What a scam.


    You may want to try again, and this time use the key words - Billing Issue

    That should give you access to a TurboTax support representative.

     

    Also you can use the websites that were posted

    See if there is a Form 8938 in the list of forms for your tax return, if there is delete the form

     

    Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

    Click on Tools

    Click on Delete a form

    Typo on answer - the form number was wrong  It should read Form 8938.
