My standard deduction is higher than $24,400

On final federal review my standard deduction is $27,000 which is higher than the $24,400, Why is this and is it  correct?

    You and your spouse are both age  65+. That adds $1300 each to the $24,400 std  deduction

    This additional standard deduction of $1,300 on a Married Filing Jointly return is for either Age 65 or Blind
