Question

My turbo tax is saying that my employer contributed to an archer MSA but they did not. how can i change this?

TurboTax is looking at the W-2 that was entered into the program. If Box 12 contains a letter R, then the program has been told that the employer contributed to a Archer MSA plan for you.

You should compare the entries in Box 12 on the original W-2 to the information enter into the return. If the Box 12 Code code is an "R", than you should contact your employer to verify that this is correct. If it is not, your employer will need to issue you a "Corrected W-2."
