Nebraska State Income Tax forms were revised for 2020 to include Nebraska Property Tax Incentive Act Credit. Form PTC) much be attached. I see no questions or link to this form or provision in TurboTax.

As you progress through the Nebraska interview, you will come to a screen with the title "Any Nebraska Credits?" Look down and check off "Property Owned by an Individual Tax Credit".

The next several screens will ask about your property and the tax paid. NOTE, if you learn at the Learn More link on the "Any Nebraska Credits?" screen, you will see that it refers to the Property Tax Incentive Act.
