Need Form 2441 to populate as we had our child in daycare in order to work. it is rejected as neither of us were disabled or students which is not necessary for childcare

The credit will not work unless you have entered income earned from working before you start entering information for the credit.   If you were self-employed and show a loss you will not get the childcare credit.  Enter income for both of you and then work on the childcare credit.

Income has already been entered and dependent has been added. It asks if my self or my spouse was a full time student or disabled which neither of us were (and this is not a requirement) and then says we are not eligible. Our AGI is not high enough to get nothing.
