Need to remove child care support

Do you mean the child and dependent care credit?  The one for paying someone to take care of your child so you could work?

Yes, you can completely delete the Child and Dependent Care Credit, if you can't claim it. 

Here's how to do that:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
3. Select Delete a form, from the list in the pop-up window. 
4. Select Delete next to Form 2441.
5. Confirm your Delete, select Continue
6. Check under your state for a  Form 2441 and delete it as well, select Continue,  then Continue with my return.
7. Select Review from the left-side menu.
8. Continue through the review process and file section to e-file your return.
