How do I eliminate the accountant we previously used?

Not sure what you mean ... did you file the return yet ?

We used an accountant in the past. He set up the TurboTax account. We have moved and no longer use that firm and want to eliminate him from my account.

Turbo Tax is not licensed for professionals and accountants. So that was very wrong in the first place. Did he do your returns in Turbo Tax? The only way would be to set up a new account. Or buy the Desktop program. You can transfer from Online into the Desktop program.

Online is only good for 1 return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version
