You can count Spotify as a business expense, for the amount you used it, while you were driving for Lyft.

Any expense you incurred that is business related can be deducted as a business expense.  You need to have the receipt for the expense and if part of it was personal use, you need to split the amount paid during the month between business and personal use.

For example you use your cell phone for Lyft, you can only deduct up to 80% for business.  The other 20% is considered personal use.  If your business use was only 30% then you take your monthly bill and only deduct 30% of the cost for business.
