If you truly had 5 different self-employed jobs where you used your vehicle, then use your best judgment in order to separate the mileage between the 5 different Schedule Cs.  Just be sure that you do not claim more than the total business mileage driven for the year when you add up the miles to claim for each Schedule C.

However, consider this example.  Suppose your self-employed business is that you are a delivery driver for 5 different companies and they each gave you a Form 1099 reporting your income.  In this case, because you are performing essentially the same service as an independent contractor for all 5 payers, then you would report all of your income and expenses on a single Schedule C.  In this case, you would claim all of your business miles on that one Schedule C, without the need to divide the miles between which payer you were driving for.
