On my state property tax section it is asking me about amount not on priciple residence I only have one residence it will not allow me to move on from here

Are you given a place to enter an amount on that error screen?

Can you answer 0 not on personal residence or all of it on the personal residence?

Try to look at that section to see if there is an amount listed that shouldn't be there.

The "Enter the property taxes you paid in 2023" screen shows what the program has.

Delete and reenter if necessary.

Look to see if you entered a 1098 Home Mortgage Interest statement that also reported property tax.
