On the HDHP section, it's saying that they see a lapse in my coverage, but there was no break in my health plan coverage. How do I fix this?

Towards the end of the HSA interview, each of you (if filing married joint) are asked, "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did you have on December 1, 2020?" I won't explain this in detail, but it has to do with the "last-month rule".

If you did not have HDHP coverage in 2020 or if you made no HSA contributions in 2020, then you can answer "None" to this question.

That is, this question applies only to taxpayers who had HDHP coverage in 2020 and who made contributions to an HSA in 2020. If this is not you, just answer "None", and you won't see the error message.
