I have been on F1 since 2010 (7 years so far). I was on H1B since oct 2017. Am I still qualified for the "US-China tax treaty Article 20"? The salary from Jan-Sep 2017(under OPT) is above 5000.

Yes, you still qualify. The treaty still applies to your tax filing on Form 1040.
