In the Section titled "Other Withholding Not Already Entered" there is a Federal box for entries. My FORM SSA-1099 has an entry for "Treasury Benefit Payment Offset, Garnishment and or Tax Levy". I am paying for back taxes for previous tax years and and $12,000 garnished from my Social Security Disability Income. Am I entitled to enter the $12,000 in the Federal Box in this section? The instructions for this section are not very clear.
