Our care provider is in Armed Forces Pacific, but there’s no option to select this state. Choosing Foreign or U.S. Territory gives a zip code mismatch error. Any help?

When you enter your Care provider info, select other then Foreign Provider
For the state scroll all the way down and select Foreign and U.S territory.
The zip code is not required.
