In my W-2, Box 14, I have two codes with dollar amounts.

One of them is "PA EE" and I can find no information on what that is. Therefore, I don't know what to select as the 'Category'.

Help please!

It may be contributions to a Roth 457(b) plan. Note that such contributions are not tax deductible, so use Other - not classified.

You might ask your HR department why they did not use box 12 for the EE - perhaps they actually meant something else by PA EE.

The instructions for the W-2 state

Section 402A requires separate reporting of the yearly designated Roth contributions.

... and designated Roth contributions under a governmental section 457(b) plan will be reported using code EE in box 12.

I can only guess that PA EE refers to your state return - if you are not in Pennsylvania, I don't know what it means.
