I bought a Honda Clarity PHEV in 2018. I got the tax credit when I filed in 2018. If I trade the Clarity in for a new 2020 Clarity PHEV can I get the tax credit again for the new Clarity.

Yes, you can. The credit is a per vehicle credit, thus if a taxpayer purchases multiple plug-in electric drive motor vehicles the taxpayer can claim the credit for each one.
