I refinanced my home loan in 2021. I found that I had never claimed the point I paid to my previous lender. Can I claim all the points I paid in 2021?  If so, how would I do that?  Could I put the length of the loan as one year even though I had it for ten years? If I put ten years it will only allow me to claim 1/10 of the loan.

No, you can't claim 100% of the points in tax year 2021 if you paid them 10 years ago. You can claim 1/10th.

It's also too late to file an amended return for a refund from 10 years ago.  However, you can file amended returns for the past three years, if it makes a difference. See How to amend (change or correct) a return you've already filed?
