Even though I click yes, for Public Sevice Officer, it turns to no as soon as I go forward...  What's the problem?

    P‌lease  clarify your question by adding some additional information so we can provide a more helpful answer.  Are you entering a Form 1099-R? Are you preparing your state income tax return? Did you try going out of then back into your return?
