Turbo Tax keeps unchecking the box that confirms I was a Public Service Officer during my OPM employment. How do I correct that?

    In some places, TurboTax changes the answer when you re-enter the screen, because the following screens and calculations depend on your answer.

     

    However, if you make your entry about a Public Service Officer and answer the subsequent questions, you will find that on line 5a of the 1040, it prints PSO to show that it took your PSO answer. Take a look at your 1040.

     

    It doesn't uncheck the box unless you return to that screen.
