Question

Qualifications met for child & dependent care credit (earned income OR FT student OR disabled). Earned income isn't checkbox option so says we aren't eligible. Help!

FT student and disabled are checklist items but we are neither so it says we aren't eligible. You don't have to be one of those as long as you both had earned income and you had dependent care expenses.

    Have you entered your earned income on the 2024 tax return?  If you are married and filing jointly has your spouse entered their earned income on the 2024 tax return?
