For those who didn't qualify for first stimulus check as all family members didn't have SSN, if the SSN is obtained for all family members before 2020 tax filing time, can the stimulus check amount be claimed as a credit when 2020 tax is filed?
Yes ... this is a 2020 credit sent out in advance ... so if you qualify on the 2020 return you will get it.
