Many times people "double-claim" their property taxes when they include it in the interview and in a 1098 from their mortgage company. It's hard to tell what the issue is without knowing more about your return.

However, since you're using TurboTax Self-Employed, it's possible you added the property tax under Schedule C Home Office and Deductions & Credits.
