Question

Regarding this part, "Were either of you affected by a natural disaster in 2019" Can someone please comment if one should say YES due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak?

You should not say yes to this question due to COVID-19. 

 

The question is asking about a natural disaster that occurred in 2019, not 2020.

    Also, a 'natural disaster' has to be declared by FEMA; I am not aware that has occurred to date.
