Why did my return end up being less then what it should of been? It’s about 117$ short I had already accounted the fee ti be taken out. So this is a duplicate charge

If you used Refund Transfer or have Refund Advance products, there is a known issue going on where customers may have received less money from their IRS refund than anticipated. This issue is being investigated at this time, but at this point, the only formation that we have is that you would need to contact the IRS directly for assistance.
