my return has been rejected because it says i need 1095A form.  I did not purchase insurance through healthcare.gov.  I have medicare and a blue cross supplemental policy.  This happened last year and it took forever to get my refund.  I just got my state refund from last year a couple of weeks ago.  Is there some kind of fix.

I also filed a 2023 tax return where a Form 1095-A was not received and got the rejection.  I went to the 1095-A section and answered the question for receiving the 1095-A with No.  There was a following screen which asked to Certify that a Form 1095-A was not received, checked the box for certifying.   E-filed again and the return was Accepted.
