The form wants to know whether you disposed of any investments in a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) during the year.   Your answer is most likely no -- if you had invested in one of these, you'd probably be aware of it. 

According to the Instructions for Schedule D,

"A QOF is any investment vehicle that is organized as either a corporation or partnership for the purpose of investing in eligible property that is located in a qualified opportunity zone."

A list of designated qualified opportunity zones can be found in IRS Notice 2018-48 in Internal Revenue Bulletin: 2018-28 and Notice 2019-42 in Internal Revenue Bulletin: 2019-29.
